This was Denon's original flagship receiver. It was the first home theater receiver to be given THX certification. The amount of power this thing puts out is absolutely INCREDIBLE. When it says it is 140w x 5 channels, you are getting a CLEAN 140 watts x 5 channels and NOT a bunch of distortion to pop your speakers. I hate to see this go, but I don't have room in my house for two receivers this size.
